unfortunately I have to write in englisch as my french writing skills are very limited. Despite that, I have no problems to read french so responding in french is fine.
I'm living in a small city in an area which is fully covered by fibre... just 4 houses in the middle, of which one is mine, are not. I called Orange several times and I went to their shops to get my question answered. By when do you connect my house to the fibre technology? It seems that nobody is able at Orange to answer this question. I got several time promised that somebody calls me back with an answer but it never happened. Then they gave me a toll free special numbre to talk to fibre specialists who should know. However after typing in my telephone number I just get told by a synthetic voice, that I don't have anything to do the fibre comes when it comes.
It's know a year since I try to get somebody from Orange to give me an answer and this is really the last try here. I was patient so far as I never had problem with the orange service and even that I could get it cheaper with another operator I really would like to stay with orange. However, given the fact that DSL is not fast enough anymore to deal with the multiple devices I have installed, I'm forced to change now.
My neighbour already lost patience and changed to numericable. He is very happy with their service, it is cheaper and it took them online 10 days from the first request till they were connected. One customer lost for orange already and I will very soon the next one if I don't get a definitive answer within a week.
