J'ai recu le email. "Votre facture ligne fixe Orange est en ligne a espace client."

J'ai un espace client pour internet et tout est bonne.

Mais pour le fixe cet impossible.

Je suis anglais et beaucoup des annee dernier les factures commence en ligne, j'ai pas de facture papier.

Pour access le espace client pour la ligne fixe trois facts sont necessaire.

numero line fixe - bonne

dernier facture - bonne

Contract no.- impossible - pas de facture papier.

Je cherche en ligne et pas compris, le magasan Orange pas aide moi.

Le question; Comment puis-je trouver le numéro de mon contrat sans une facture papier

dans ton espace client tu vas sur facture et télécharger la facture,et tu auras le numéro

I have separate internet and fixed line from Orange.

I can get to my espace client for the internet, and can see invoices etc.

The problem is the invoices for the fixed line.

I have no paper invoice, therefore I cannot set up the link to the espace client.

I need to know three things,

the telephone number - yes,

The amount of the last bil - yes - the amount is on the email telling me the total

The contract number- i assume this is on paper invoice I do not have.

I can't find any way to contacvt Orange to get them to send me the number of my contract OR a paper invoice so I can get on line in future
