Le service client par Tchat c'est plus ce que c'était !&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>J'ai demandé pourquoi je ne pouvais pas valider un achat multimédia, la dame me réponds après 45mins d'attente dans le tchat : ''aucune anomalie dans votre dossier'', ET MADAME ME FERME LE TCHAT A LA GUEULE ! Ni plus ni moins !!</P><P>(oui parce qu'il lui a fallu 45mins pour me dire ''merci et ravie de vous aider, patientez je vais consulter votre dossier'') !</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Voilà donc je raque 200 euros par mois pour me faire traiter comme ça ?
