Need an internet connection please

I have been trying to place an order for an internet (ADSL) connection in a property in Arc 1950, Bourg St Maurice, I cannot do this online because I live in the UK and all my bank cards are registered to a UK address. I have spent 40 minutes in the last week trying to get through to the English speaking number +33 9 69 36 39 00 - is there any other way to place an order for the internet? Is there an English chat facility or a website that will allow me to pay with a card that is registered to a UK address. My French bank card is registered to my UK address.

First of all, thanks for choosing Orange as your future internet provider.

I'm afraid there's no other way to subscribe from abroad.

You should visit one of our stores to create your internet plan, when you'll come in France.
