Fibre elligibility

In June 2022, the seller told me that to connect me to fiber, they had to put my neighbors' addresses on the contract. Then, when the operator came to install the fiber, it could be changed. The technicians came to install the fiber but said they could not activate the line. Since then, I have been told 1/ That the contract was terminated by an Orange technician (but I did not get any refund) and 2/ That I am not eligible for fiber (The last operator I spoke to on the hotline at CRI that he refused to apply for fiber for me and refused to give me his name) We are now mid-September, all my neighbors are connected to the fiber but I am not closer, what can I do (Orange)?

I called them back several times only to be told that the initial contract was cancelled and the last time I called the advisor shouted (unacceptable for an advisor?) that I was not eligible and that I could only have ADSL

A cette adresse, effectivement, seule la technologie ADSL est disponible.

Vos voisins se trouvant dans la rue bien plus bas sont effectivement éligibles, mais chaque logement dispose de données techniques Fibre différentes.

J'ai conscience que vous espériez une autre réponse, mais je ne peux que vous inviter à patienter le temps du déploiement fibre dans votre rue.

Etes-vous déjà inscrit ici ? Fibre ou ADSL ? Vérifiez l’éligibilité d’un logement (orange.fr)

Cela vous permettrait d'être tenu informé de chaque étape de raccordement, jusqu'à votre éligibilité effective?

Your neighbors in the street much lower are indeed eligible, but each dwelling has different Fiber technical data.

I am aware that you were hoping for another answer, but I can only invite you to wait for the fiber deployment time in your street.

Fiber or ADSL? Check the eligibility of accommodation (orange.fr) 

This would allow you to be kept informed of each connection step, until your effective eligibility?

Thank you for your quick response. The technicians went to my house and connected the fiber of the case to the house. All it takes is activation, they said. I also contacted Arcep and NATHD to find out where the problem is coming from. In fact, on one of their cards, it says that we are eligible for fiber. I think the only problem may be that we weren't there when others were connected. Can you tell me why we are not eligible?
