Second home owner, can we stop/start our Orange internet connection for say 5 months?

We only use our French holiday home for about 5 months of the year. Is it possible to stop the service and then restart just before we are coming regularly again as this is quite expensive if we aren't using it. If yes, how easy/difficult is this process. Thank you
