I was in the USA for 4 days. I took a flight to reach there and as soon as I landed and turned my phone on it connected to the data. I realize it and turned it off. But there is always apps using data in the background. This for about 5 seconds of time - and 61 euros as per your policy to quickly reap the profit!

I would like to ask for cancellation of this charge in my bill.

Tu es ici dans un forum d'entraide entre clients comme toi.

Et chacun sait que les datas sans pass à l’étranger coutent très cher.

La moindre des précautions est de bloquer les datas et l'itinérance de son smartphone, qui utilise en effet des applis en tâche de fond.
