Switch to Fibre - How to contact Orange??

Hi, I have an offer to switch to fiber in my appartment in France.

I am located in Norway and it is impossible to fill out the forms on the Orange webpages to activate the switch since i don't have a orange mobile phone. Getting the "Illegal mobile phone" on the page and cannot continue.

The phone app to contact Orange is not available in my country. I am stuck ...

Is there any possible way to get in contact with a real person in Orange to get this done? Would like to make the switch early next month.

Hi, sorry for late answer. I have not called the english speaking number but I have found it, +33 9 69 39 39 00.

If they are the right people to speak with I will call them.
