Need more info on billing

Hi All,

Recently I have changed my inernet connection to Orange and I received my first month bill.

I hope it should be 24.99 (for Full month) but my current bill is 44.78.

Can you please explain? I have the bill but I Could not understand.

it's probably because you have paid one part off the last month and the next full month on the same bill.

My connection was active the 26 august, i have paid in september from de 26 to the 7 september and the month become from 7 september to 7 october, that's why the bill is higher than except.

Ben oui, mais il se trouve que des expats vivent dans notre pays et ne parlent pas forcément la langue de Molière.
