Il est client orange et a un portable nRJ mobile . Il souhaite regrouper ses deux abonnements et passer sur une offre SoSH avec mobile . Nous avons passé trois appels à Sosh en fournissant toutes les informations nécessaire (CB,RIB,RIO.....) nous avons chaque fois reçu un mail de confirmation avec un numéro de commande . Mais au bout de trois jours nous recevons un mail d annulation sans explications . Même chose en passant par le service orange . Donc il ne peut pas rester chez orange,il va être obligé d aller chez un autre FAi.<BR />Ma question est simple est ce que cela vous est arrivé et si oui comment faire pour nous abonné ? Mon ami aimerais vraiment rester chez Orange .
