Fees for unused equipment

Hello everyone,

I have been a client of Orange for two years. I had ADSL with Livebox 4, than I ordered fibre optics and directly in shop I recieved Livebox 5. After sometime technician installed the fibre optics at my house he gave me another Livebox 5. So in the end I had 3 liveboxes. Having so many spam emails from Orange I missed a letter with requirements to return unused equipments. Nobody really told me about the fines - not in the shop, not in the technician. So now I see that I was charged 200 EUR. Now I feel myself frustrated, stupid and a little bit cheated because I don't speak French good enough.

P.S. Check the emails cerafully when Orange gives you new equipment. It might you will miss it and you will pay extra money (100 for livebox and 200 for TV decoder) . Good luck.
