hello...Can anyone out there help me please? After a week without an internet connection, service was restored but the wifi password had reverted to the security key on the livebox2. I want to return it to my personal password. But when I go to the livebox admin page I can't get beyond the first stepIt says the admin password is the first eight letters of the livebox security key. But when I type that in, it says "invalid login or password" and since it won't let you overwrite "admin", the problem has to be the password.I have tried all caps, upper and lower case, my old personal password, but every time all i get is "invalid password". and if i click on any other tab, it takes me back to the initial page and demands that i identify myself with the password it won't accept. how do i get past first base please? And a secondary, if you can bear it please. My iPhone has now decided that the security on the router is too weak and is refusing to speak to it. It wants me to reconfigure. That's just too daunting, given the access i have to the internet is tenuous as best and I don't want to jeopardise that. Any thoughts please? thank you for your help.

Try a factory reset of your livebox 2: This should restore the wifi key and the interface access password (first 8 characters) as on the LB2 label.

Otherwise: if really Livebox 2 (the white one): obsolete model. Call Orange 3900 support. They don't have any difficulty in exchanging it for a newer model.
