&lt;P&gt;Just try begining your posts with some french greetings, you don't need to learn french for that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't think there is here an english help line more than a french helpline by BT. 😁&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Connecting a PC with en Ethernet cable may also be of great help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open the page http://Livebox and you'll be able of configuring your box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All information that could be usefull is&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="padding-left: 30px;"&gt;i&lt;STRONG&gt;dentitifiant&amp;nbsp; de connexion&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; it allways begin with fti/...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="padding-left: 30px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;mot de passe de connexion&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You may be requested to reenter them into your box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Youll find them on your welcome letter you got from Orange&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been in France since last October and am about to return, I think I recall that if the Livebox isn't used for 90 days it goes to sleep and you have to plug it into &amp;nbsp;laptop via a network cable to do something to wake it up .... can anyone help please ? I also thought there was an Orange english speaking helpline but I'm having problems tracking the number down ....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Nothing to do with Brexit, it wood have been the same problem with "remain" victory.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Main cause is simply : money&amp;nbsp; !&lt;/P&gt;
