Internet live box breakdown

Please note that my internet live box is not working from last 5 Days. White light continually blinking into the live box , I have also tried to connect from customer care number 3900 but it's only in French and I am unable to understand french .

Kindly requesting you to please help to resolve the problem

sinon fais appeler une personne de ton entourage parlant francais au 3900 et au besoin

demande le service 24h garanti en attendant
