A ce jour et après 4 rendez-vous non honorés par les techniciens, je n’ai toujours rien. Je souhaite annuler ma commande et rendre le matériel car cela a trop duré. Je suis extrêmement mécontente de leurs services. Comment dois je m’y prendre pour annuler ?
