Returning my livebox

I had no internet service for a month despite this I was charged full months rental after I spoke to a very helpful person at Orange who said I would be credited for the full amount. I then changed my internet provider, as this was the second time I was without internet service. I have now been billed €100 for non return of box. Where do I return this? I perhaps wrongly understood I would be sent a box to return it in? I am very happy to return it as I no longer need it. I look forward to hearing from you.
