i have noticed mass outages since sunday and i have been without service since sunday and after i reported it the case file said if would be back up by the 24th. yesterday i got a call from the technician who said the problem wasnt outside and he had left already and lied about coming to my house but then said he couldnt find my house. he then said he would turn around and come back after 5 hours we called him and he said he passed it off to a colleague. no one ever called or came by and now my ticket has changed to A technician intervened on the Orange network.

During the intervention, it became necessary to access your home. Unfortunately, you were not home.

has there been an update from orange about the outage and do i need a technician to come back out here

🇫🇷 Dans ce cas, je vous invite à essayer avec un autre navigateur internet et si ça ne fonctionne toujours pas, vous devez vider le cache de votre navigateur puis de retenter.

Le problème est souvent résolu après avoir fait l'une des 2 manipulations😊

La précédente intervention était planifiée sur le réseau et ne nécessitait pas votre présence.
Selon le compte rendu de l'intervention, le technicien mentionne que pour finaliser la réparation, il est nécessaire d'intervenir chez vous.
Je vois que vous avez fait le nécessaire en réservant une nouvelle intervention pour le vendredi 26 décembre, entre 8h et 13h. On refait le point juste après celle-ci 😊 .
