Je suis restée fidèle avec nos téléphones portables(3) et récemment une box au domicile de ma fille. Nous regagnons notre domicile dans des conditions difficiles ( on aura le strict minimum). Fidèle à Orange, nous avons contacté la boutique Orange pour reprendre une box. Le technicien devrait se déplacer lundi 11 mai. Serait il possible d obtenir un geste commercial pour ne pas rajouter 49 euros d installation à un budget familial deja bien impacté ?</P><P>Avec mes remerciements.
