Hello

My neighbour used our address to get fibre connection by Orange without our consent on knowledge. Their house was not registered for fibre so with the aide of an Orange salesman went ahead using our address for their connection. When the technician arrived to install the fibre at our address they directed him to theirs house for the connection. Our address was appearing on their bill.

Only found out this has happened when we tried to get a fibre installation. The optical route assigned for our property was in use.

We have been trying for over six weeks to try and get this sorted.

Any help or suggestions would be gratefully be appreciated.

Ton problème est à voir avec le service client Orange 3900.

Si tu considères que ton voisin a fait une usurpation d'identité ou d'adresse, porte plainte.
