I have set up my orange decoder tv box, but the orange light is not going green, what am I doing wrong?

Je monte orange tv, mais la lumière sur la boîte est orange devrait-il être vert et comment puis-je l'activer s'il vous plaît?

Bonjour,

Non, c'est normal : la LED de façade est fixe et de couleut orange. Elle clignotte lorsque la télécommande est actionnée.

Normal situation. The front LED is fixed and orange coloured.

It's blinking on action from remote control.

Thank you, so why won't the tv pick up any channels? we have the menu page, and it says the satellite has good signal but all the channels are indisposible?

Morning, and thanks for your message.

I suppose you are a new subsciber... And so, you've only free to air channels.

Try to do a complete reset with the Tv box.

On remote control, push alternately the keys in this order : "blue-yellow-blue". On the actual display choose (bottom) "réinitialiser"... The process runs 10/15 minutes.

If this action does'nt run... Only solution : do a call to Orange support via number phone 3900.
