Bonjour,

I mistakenly place an order online via orange.fr and my bank account is now debited with 450e (its a contract phone with a new line)
I want to cancel the order. Could you tell me what I should do?
I called 3970 but don't really understand French so I couldn't do anything. I also called the number for English-speaking people but I always have to wait for 10 minutes without anyone picking up my call. I guess it's because my number is a French one so it wasn't given priority.

I also sent an email to service.contrat@orange.com but receive no reply.

So far I haven't received anything from Orange since it's still on the way to a pick-up point.

The order number is X007890906.

Please help if you know anything!

Pour prendre contact avec le service client depuis l'étranger

le mieux, serait de le faire depuis un tél: fixe au + 33 6 07 62 64 64
