bonjour, je viens de recevoir ma première facture orange, d'un montant de 20.39€ alors que j'ai un forfait bloqué m6 mobile à 15€

j'aimerais savoir pourquoi

Si tu as demandé la portabilité de ton numéro, il est normal que la facture soit plus élevée, pour comprendre voir ici :

Bonjour

I am an international student and I mistakenly subscribed one year very expensive package of about 53 euro per month but now if I want to discontinue then I have to pay four six months payment 53x6=318 and already I could not pay my two months 105 euro so suggest me what to do in this situation. I cannot pay any more this huge amounts.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the subscription you have signed commits you for the duration indicated initially. You can nevertheless disengage as provided for by the CHATEL law, but you must still pay penalties.
For any cancellation in the first year, the number of months remaining for this year must be settled plus 25% of the total subscription for the second and final year.
We can not offer you any other solution as long as we comply with the contract that binds us and the law.
