Is there anyone work for Orange who can help me.

I no longer live in France and I am trying to cancel my moible phone contract.

The english helpline tell me that they can't help and I need to call the French speaking line. I've called the English helpline three times and the women keeps hanging up on me.

Unfortunately I do not speak French.

I need to cancel this as we longer live in France.

Can anyone from orange pleases help me? I just want to sort this out!

Hello,

To cancel a mobile phone, you can cancel online or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (RLAR) to Orange.

- Online :

In your client area > "Offres et Options" > "Gestion du contrat" > "Résillier/Suivre". > "Sous conditions particulières" as you move abroad (from France). You'll have to give proofs in order to cancel without fees.

- Via Mail (RLAR):

You will have to send a letter (in French) explaining the fact that you will no longer live in France so you have to put an end to the contract, by sending proofs. (Proof of selling of the house,..)
