      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I topped up mobicarte through the online shop. I reached the credit card details page and entered my details. I got debited but after verification of the payment the website returned an error. The internet credits did not arrive and i paid 25euros. How can i get refunded?</description>
