I have moved abroad and wish to cancel my mobile phone contract.

How do I do this?

How do I cancel my account as have left France. Is there a e mail contact to carry this out

To cancel your line, you can go to your customer area, offer and options section , and then cancel my line.
From France, you can either contact a consultant at 3900 or visit an Orange boutique.

The espace client with Orange won't let you cancel your contract on line. Why? God knows. There can be no good reason for not making this a simple process other than just making it deliberately difficult.

I have also tried this morning to cancel my contract with Orange. Total rubbish to say you can cancel online. You cannot! I rang them & they made no sense at all. They are making things deliberately difficult f telling me I have to physically go into an orange shop to do this
