Contract termination request on 06/08/2022 and still no final termination

Hi!

I subscribed online to the 2h 20Go mobile plan in the beginning of August, and after that I received a long list of documents to provide by mail, which I did not want to provide and thus I requested contract termination on 06/08/2022. I received n e-mail saying that my request was taken into consideration (Votre demande de rétractation déposée le 06/08/2022 a été prise en compte.) and I got no news since then. I called the English speaking support line twice and always got answer that I should wait. Now I waited for more than 1.5 months, I still continue receiving bills (though I did not even receive my sim card), but my contract is still not finally terminated.

What can I do to finish this?

J'ai souscrit en ligne au forfait mobile 2h 20Go début août, et après cela j'ai reçu une longue liste de documents à fournir par mail, que je n'ai pas voulu fournir et j'ai donc demandé la résiliation du contrat le 06/08/2022. J'ai reçu un e-mail me disant que ma demande avait été prise en considération (Votre demande de rétractation déposée le 06/08/2022 a été prise en compte.) et je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles depuis. J'ai appelé deux fois la ligne d'assistance en anglais et j'ai toujours reçu une réponse indiquant que je devais attendre. Maintenant, j'ai attendu plus d'un mois et demi, je continue toujours à recevoir des factures (même si je n'ai même pas reçu ma carte SIM), mais mon contrat n'est toujours pas définitivement résilié.

Que puis-je faire pour finir ça ?
