I bought 30GB top up but it doesn’t appear in my cellular balance. I originally bought 8GB and have used 7.4 GB. I have confirmation email that my top up order was successful. I don’t know what to do next. Is the 30GB automatically added to my eSIM card when my original 8GB expire or do I have to activate anything? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

After restarting the mobile, dial #123# plus call and look at the result.
