J avais un forfait mobile bloqué. Arrivée en métropole j ai donc contacte le service client avec ma puce qui était fonctionnelle pour resilier mon abonnement. Il m a ete confirme que mon forfait sera resilié. Or début septembre je vois toujours un prélèvement.</P><P>n ayant plus la puce impossible de joindre le service client !!
