Cancelling fixed line and internet from UK seems impossible

Hello!

First time on the forum. I think I am relatively intelligent but I cannot see how I can cancel my fixed line and internet permanently from the UK. I don't have a French mobile number and the number given for an English speaking service apologises for not having any English speaking personnel available. I feel like I'm going round in circles.

Any advice would be helpful.
