Wi-Fi disconnects continues

Hi,
After I change to livebox 4, my Internet connection is poor, the devices who are connected to 5hz have download speed up to 500MB and upload speed 0.01MB.

When I restart the livebox, the Internet connection is good on 2.4hz for some time, but after that is switching automatically to 5hz and is stop working.

Hi @Anca

For the devices connected to 5GHz, can you check the connection speed beetwen device and livebox ?

For PC under W10 :

Right clic on the WIFI icone in the Task bar

Open Network and Inernet

Change adaptator Options

Clic on the actual WIFI connection

View the statut of this connection.

A new Windows will be open and you can see the speed connection like this :

Sorry but my Windows is in French so may be it will be different in English

What are your results ?
