      <title>Synchronisation issue - no internet or telephone service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am staying at a friends house and today their Livebox Internet stopped working. The error message on the screen says “Synchronisation issue, check your cables”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have restarted the box several times and disconnected and reconnected all the cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no dial tone on the telephone, and no internet service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue started today and there is still no service. Would appreciate any assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
