I have been without telefone fixe and internet for a MONTH now!! I made milhões of phone call to Orange 3900 and 0969363900 all the client service personnel was very nice. pro-missing to fix the problem within 48 hrs but the orange engineer never turn up or send me a message !! I am not very well person and sometimes need to phone ambulance etc for help..

I am very disappoint with orange services!! And I am not paying any bills until this matter is fixed

Bonjour, mon tel. fix est aussi en panne depuis des semaines! J'attted la reparation, sinon ca passe chez mon avocat!

à partir de lundi insiste au 3900 en attente du passage éventuel d'un webconseiller
