I have been without internet for 3 weeks and just came out of hospital , so its very difficult . Orange you are taking my money and i have no service ???

Also every day they say a engineer is coming and does not , yet all my neighbours had a engineer in the house to fix their boxes that burnt out re lightning strike .

It now time to get this out virally. .We are going to write to the newspapers , i will make sure as long as i can that anyone moving to SW france not to use Orange.

I will do all i can to fight this , its theft taking money for no service . Anybody can give any information on complaints service ? DO NOT USE ORANGE

Nous vivons région 66360. Nous payons notre abonnement Orange, fix + mobile + internet: 79,9€/mois. Nous avons très régulièrement des coupures, interruptions, une lenteur totalement inacceptable...des emails avec photos...rare que nous puissions ouvrir, steaming absolument IMPOSSIBLE...nous sommes 2020, NON??

5 interventions les dernières années...SANS résultat!!!

Mes voisins qui ont des problèmes également m'ont chargé de démarrer un projet pour tâcher de résoudre...mais comme nous savons tous...ces grosses boîtes ont très peu de resources "aide client", leur culture c'est la communication unidirectionnelle (envoyer les factures...) et donc je reste un peu (encore) à la recherche d'un intermédiair qui puisse nous aider.
