      <title>Orange Airbox stopped working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an orange airbox for some reason has stopped working.&amp;nbsp; It was working fine but now i have wifi connection but internet slow or stops.&amp;nbsp; (Certainly not watch a movie)&amp;nbsp; Took airbox back to shop they said it was ok which it is not as it is not working.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Shop suggested i rang 3900 but my French not too good.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The man on english speaking telephone helpline said it could be workings on the line or general reception.&amp;nbsp; But why does it say i have 7mbps of connection.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I have 30gb&amp;nbsp; available&amp;nbsp; on my 30gb Play account so its not i have over used allowance.&amp;nbsp; I can use the mobile allowance&amp;nbsp; on my telephone which is the same system.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Can anyone make a suggestion of what it can be.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://communaute.orange.fr/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5447615"&gt;@Glynis&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7 Mb/s is the speed of the connexion. 30 Gb is the quantity of datas avalaible by month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May be with 7mb/s it is impossible to watch a movie because the speed is too low.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to use the airbox in an other site. I dont know the airbox but if the airbox have a 4G signal indicator try to move it to find the best signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They have just given us an airbox as we were down on internet du to sabotage against the 5G here! The box doesn't connect at all, impossible to get a signal ! Useless !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
