both Iphone se 2020 and ipad pro 2018 are not syncing with my LiveBox, my MacBook Air is fine via the WiFi

incoming to LiveBox is 90+ Mbps

what is the problem, it is almost as though some malignant software is at work

location is Finistere, central west

in French ...

Hi @chjones

With APPLE hardware it is better to separate the 2 SSIDs (2.4 Ghz and 5 GHz) in the livebox.
So you can connect the device to the network that suits it.
Prefer 5 GHz which may be faster but with less range.

Oui il suffit maintenant de connecter les iPhones au réseau 5 GHz s'ils sont compatibles sinon au réseau 2.4 GHz.
