for a 12Mb Flybox, In the beginning, it was okay 1mb/s or less, but day by day it was decreasing, last week it was 300kb/s but today its less than 30kbps, (do not suggest me to turn off the router because that is not even an answer, I already reset it, assemble an admin password and did a lot of research but still very slow) its tokes me days to update Windows, I really need a solution!!

Appelles (Call him) le "3900" ou bien par "eChat (or by eChat)"

à partir de l'espace client en bas à droite : (from the customer area at the bottom right)

ou si tu as déjà cliqué auparavant-> (or if you have clicked before)

puis (then) ->

ou sur contacter un conseiller -> pour avoir tous les coordonnées (N° heure.prix...etc...).

or contact an advisor to have all the contact details (N ° hour, price ... etc ...).

hey, I fixed the issue by simply changing the router channel(it wast that simple to find it hehe) )
