Motivated Hotspot not working

Hello. I have a new Mobicarte with 15gb data. I turn on hotspot and my laptop can connect to the hotspot but not I cannot get my laptop to use the Internet.

I have tried registering my Mobicarte with Orange portal and on the Orange et Moi app. Also I cannot send a text message.

To my knowledge, connection sharing is not possible with Mobicarte.
On the other hand, the SMS should be OK.
