I have talk about with 3900 three times. They have restart my Connection via Serversite. After, it was okay. Than next evening, the same Problem. I have called next day 3900 again! Wow look there i have talk with a specialist. He haves locate the Problem (trouble anywere outside - on next hop). He says an specialist will check the trouble in the next few days. But i have the Connection trouble again. Orange, if you dount aviable to fix the Problem, i will pay only 50% from your Invoice.

Are you kidding me, i have talk with (3900) First-Level-Support, they couldn´t help me. Next step, i will contact Third-Level-Support to fix the Problem on my Line. Where can i find Contact Adress of Third-Level-Support? dualy i track/log self my line to the end of this week. If this not fixed, i will cancel my contract, with the reason: no service/partially service. Im very angry, but sorry much other ISP´s are better.
