Repeatedly lied to by Orange re technician rdv

Was supposed to have fibre max installed in 04-07-22, technician showed but said there was a problem with Orange (sub-contractor). Installation not done, promised would be installed 7 days later - no show. Despite multiple phone calls, no one has returned my calls to sort out rdv. Every time I am effectively lied to. Sick of utter lack of customer service - cannot submit a complaint online or book rdv, website doesn’t work! Next step, cancel order & take it from there. Anyone any suggestion re contact that actually **********? Suspect I need to campaign on twitter & see how they like that!

How many times do I need to say this? NO work is required in my house - NONE. Either you send a technician to install the fibre or I will cancel the order!

Please cancel my order for fibre max on receipt of this message. I will return the Livebox 6 together with the TV decoder on Monday. Please confirm this order has been cancelled.
