Technician No Show Today

On Saturday, my internet stopped working suddenly, and the Livebox4 said that the optic line was disconnected. This was verified by a line check on Orange.fr. I immediately scheduled an appointment for a technician for today between 13h and 18h. I received many text messages that said that the technician changed but the appointment was maintained.

Nobody has arrived or called. I primarily work from home, and need this fixed. I can't sit at home trying to do my work using a personal hot spot. There is too much volume. Wasting a day waiting for the technician (who never arrived or called or texted) is very disappointing and has set me behind in my job. I have to leave on a business **bip** on Saturday and must have this fixed immediately. What do I do next?

I just received another automated text saying the appointment is maintained but the technician is changed. I received this 2 hours after the end of the scheduled appointment. Are they planning on arriving later? tomorrow?
