Hi, I'm having trouble setting up my wifi with Livebox 5. It's asking for my FTI credentials and I cannot find the welcome letter as mentioned in the app. Can you please help?

Hello @chouchou123

If it's a new installation, the identifiers are now sent directly from Orange to the box.

If not, call 3900 or one of the "webconseillers" can provide them for you
