I have moved to paris within the past 3months and my Internet and tv box are still not working. I was told on wednesday that my connection would be running by Thursday and this didn't happen. This morning I wake up to two messages stating my Internet would be working from the 10th august..that's 2weeks time. It's a disgrace I'm paying monthly for this service and for what??
