Après 1h d'attente, oui UNE HEURE!, sans réponse au 3970 ce matin, je rappelle et depuis ce matin "nous sommes trop nombreux à appeler".<BR />En boutique on me répond qu'ils ne peuvent pas me répondre!!!! donc 20 km en voiture pour rien!<BR />J'ai aussi essayé tous les chat et autres modules automatisés et impossible de se faire rappeler!!!<BR />COMMENT PEUT ON JOINDRE UN HUMAIN COMPETENT CHEZ ORANGE?????<BR />Besoin d'infos d'urgence.
