Provided code to remove SIM-Lock does not work

Dear all,

Sincerely hope English will be ok for this post.

I have bought an Samsung S6 which is apparently SIM-locked to Orange F.

Using the Orange Web Site I was able to obtain the PIN for the removal of the SIM-Lock.

Unfortunately I had to many failures entering the SIM-lock PIN , so that my phone now requires the DEFREEZE/MCK code. (english message: SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.)

Could anybody advise how to obtain this DEFREEZE/MCK code ?

I probably will be able to understand French replies to this message.

If you had made too many attempts to unlock, the mobile is blocked,

at this time you have to see with orange who will provide you an address

or you will have to send the mobile to put it in working order.
Unless you find a repairman who is doing you the service.
