Renovate SIM Card

What's my Holiday number and what's my SIM number? Apparently, I need those informations to revalidate my SIM card, but all I know is that my phone number is +33 *********.

I bought two weeks ago, in Paris, a chip at the Orange Store with 20 Gb for 39,90 Euros. It was working normally until today when I recieved a message saying that my credit validity has expired. I haven't used even 1/4 of the amount of internet that I bought and my chip is valued until March 2020. I'm travelling in Rome right now, so I can't go to an Orange Store and I really need the 4g I paid for.

Do I need to register this number after 15 days? No one told me about it when I bought the card...Any way, if so, I'm having problem doing it. What's my Holiday number and my SIM number?

Could anyone help me, please?
