Bonjour,

Mon père aimerait télécharger via le play store l'application WhatsApp. Malheureusement , après de nombreux essais de téléchargement, un même message s'affiche "Authentification requise". J'aurai aimé s'avoir s'il y a une solution éventuelle au problème.

oui,

il a déjà un compte google avec lequel il est connecté au play store, c'est justement ça le problème.
