I signed up for the Pret-a-surfer plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Im having trouble recharging online as the Orange payment system won’t accept my credit cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I visited the Orange shop and bought three top up vouchers for €40 each. I was told I could use the 14 digit code to credit my account. The page is down, I’m in Spain and can’t top up my card. When will the blpas.Orange.fr page be up and running? I’m unable to do what I need to do? And of course, this always happens at the worst possible time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Appreciate any help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phil&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bonjour Pjay,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Je comprends votre désarroi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pour effectuer le rechargement de votre Prêt à Surfer, vous avez deux possibilités :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sur orange.fr, rubrique « boutique » puis onglet « mobile » : &lt;A href="https://boutique.orange.fr/rechargement-carte-prepayee-forfait-bloque" rel="noopener" target="_blank"&gt;https://boutique.orange.fr/rechargement-carte-prepayee-forfait-bloque&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Par téléphone au&amp;nbsp;0800 224 224, le numéro de ligne Prêt-à-surfer sera demandé, ainsi que le numéro du ticket de recharge (préalablement acheté en boutique ou dans les bureaux de tabacs)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
