Hi,

I hope anyone can answer my question in English - apparently my SIM card was deactivated because I forgot to recharge it for a few month.

Does anyone know know how to get my number back and get the sim card working again? I have tried to recharge it but it did not work ... now the mobile is effectively dead.

Is there any way to ask a human, a hotline, a service e-mail address, someone from orange?

Hi @JanV1

As it is a mobicarte if you are in France your interlocutor will be 3900 and from abroad +33 9 69 39 39 00 unless a passing advisor will contact you, as if you had forgotten to recharge the number is lost.

I have tried the number before - it is certainly not an English speaking number as advertised ob the website. I hope the number is not lost ...
