Bonjour,

I can open voicemail, but there is nothing there and on my husbands phone also. So our account is not storing voicemail, it is broken. When someone leaves a msg they think it worked. So, it's very frustrating. Samsung Galaxy S10e phones.

Je peux ouvrir la messagerie vocale, mais là-bas, rien là-bas et sur le téléphone de mon mari aussi. Notre compte ne stocke donc pas de messagerie vocale, il est cassé. Quand quelqu'un quitte un msg, il pense que cela a fonctionné. C'est donc très frustrant. Téléphones Samsung Galaxy S10e.

If the messaging system does not start, dial the following sequences and validate with the call key after each sequence unless you are talking about something else

**67*888#
