I topped up a holiday zen with a mobicarte "all 3" data/text/calls. 3 days ago my calls stopped working and I#123# gives me an error message that I need to "contact service au clients ...appels son coupe'. 3900 DOES NOT WORK. #123# DOES NOT WORK.

THE EMAIL FORM does not get a response.

I know my prepaid is good until June 15

I cannot go to an orange retail location o am on a velotour.

Help!

As it is a question of a mobicarte your interlocutor will be by one way or another the 3900 from France or the +33 9 69 39 39 00 from abroad unless an adviser of passage will contact you.

you can call customer service at 3900 from a phone that will help you.

Vous pouvez appeler avec un autre téléphone si besoin, le service client au 3900 qui vous aidera.
